Gumroad rejects the payment

hey guys yesterday i bought(ordered in an intermediary company) valhalla vial and manhattan method they separated them so they can submit the payment as a gift the VV was successful but for the MM gumroad rejects every bank card they have and they’re confused too because it was okay with VV so they give up the trying after 24 hours and told me to submit a refund request or ask sapien team that is there any specific thing related to MM? @SammyG please help :( i’m so sad

Ask them to not use it and try again, gumroad realised sometime back that people are using VPN to make payments to avoid taxes.

oh but gumroad isn’t available without VPN here actually :( but i guess if they change the mac ip and internet ip then they would be fine right?

oh that is strange, you could try but trying often would make everything look suspicious and gumroad may block everything.

You can request here if any one can take money from you through paypal or otherwise and buy you the field.

Also live in a country which geo restricts Gumroad. If it’s not an issue with the card itself and just the website, you can try setting up a new email address for the receiving invoice and changing vpn locations. If needed address make sure you use those fake address generators. If possible can also try to use Apple Pay.

Also suggest you try out Windscribe and set it up to ‘Stealth mode’, it’s free about 15gb of data per month.

Sorry, don’t think it’s a good idea for me to help you in my case.

A suggestion if you don’t have anyone to help you is to ask a trusted trader and send an extra fee.

You have to contact gumroad, they can restrict people from using their cards who they deem as suspicious, it happened to me but it got resolved within 5 minutes after I send an email
