That and it would truly surprise me if it wouldn’t be available

You can’t. Certain fields are priced (and billed) in pounds sterling.
The best you can do is use a foreign exchange converter (say, on the web) to estimate what your dollar charge might be and hope your credit card company comes close to that estimate when they do the conversion for you.
Have you checked with your credit card company? Maybe they’ve put a hold on your card for some reason?

Maybe your prepaid card doesn’t have foreign exchange transactions? (Which is why I recommended you check with your credit card company.)

But if he’s putting your email in, he wouldn’t have anything to send or delete off his phone, would he? In that situation, the invoices, confirmations and fulfillment notices (with the download links) would be sent to you, right?
