Hi @pranic_climber , do you play KQC before those? I wonder if I can cut down the reps if I listen to KQC firstā¦ Thanks
@Peace hey friend. I donāt - as I unfortunately didnāt really notice the effect from KQC that people talk about - I still play my fields 2-3x
Iāve been listening for a couple of weeks, and this is odd: the scale says Iām gaining weight, but my cheekbones and jaw are still visible so itās (mostly) not fat, but my limbs donāt look any bigger so I doubt that itās sheer muscle mass. I was already overweight as well. Where am I gaining weight?
Muscle is denser than fat, so you can be adding small amounts of muscle, which could add up to āweightā gain without your noticing any changes in your limbs, etc.
Additionally, thereās a lot of fat surrounding the various internal organs in the normal human body. For all you know, this field could be transforming that fat into core muscles (you know, like the description says). All of that would be going on without being visible to your naked eye and certainly wouldnāt be seen in the face (which this field doesnāt affect).
Couple of other questionsā¦
Are you hydrating more now than you used to? That can account for some of it.
Are your bowel movements consistent on a day-to-day basis?
That can affect the number you see on the scale as well.
also the time he weighs himself, which itās always best right after waking up
Did your weight go up from the previous pics you posted? It looks like your muscles are fuller. Would you attribute the increase in muscle size more to MBL or hardcore?
After acquiring Hardcore:
My Newā¦
MAXIMUM SHORT
NEVER LIFT A SINGLE FINGER
FULLY AUTOMATED
ALL MUSCLES
GET BULKY AND RIPPED
BURN FAT
ā¦Male Workout Stack
ā to be done 2-3x per week:
3x Androgenic Receptor Direct Stimulation
1x DHT
1x Reduce Estrogen
3-4x Muscles Beyond Limits
3-4x Hardcore
2-3x The Myofascial Release and Anointing
2-3x Muscle Recovery Ver 2.0
One can add āAutomated Cardioā into the stack to make it more healthy.
One can add āFacial Symmertry with muscle Toningā and āMicrocurrent Facial Simulantā to cover the face muscles as well.
Thanks for the response. Iāll get hardcore for now and see how that goes. Then maybe add MBL, if I feel I need more muscle mass. I am like you in that I donāt want to gain a lot of weight due to an increase in muscle mass. I just want to be leaner and a small increase in muscle mass would be great.
Perfect! I think Hardcore will definitely help you out man
If you can maybe get 20E Pepper too. That one is good for lean muscle gains
I will try to get both. I was actually looking at buying The Acquisition of Abdominal Definition, but that may have to change now. Decisions decisionsā¦
Personally, I would just stick with Hardcore. I got way more abdominal definition from just that than I have from any other core-related field. Thatās just my experience though. Iām sure it wouldnāt hurt to add it in
Now I have to get it.
My guess is that it has to do with one of the functions of the core muscles, which is to hold our bodies in the positions we want in opposition to the earthās gravity. It may (again, my guess) be part of how this field gets its effects.
the whole bodybuilding thing is let you know the field can take you to such levels, but it doesnāt mean it will do it overnight, it takes time to get there, you would have to go through normal muscular looking person āphaseā and then later you would be getting into the bodybuilding āphaseā.
Before Heavy training
After Heavy training
Every morning:
*Automated Micro Cosmic Orbit OR AutomatedCardio x1 only
Recovery in the evening
Why are you playing Androgenic Receptor Direct Stimulation 3 times in a row? SammyG said in the Official FAQs that for fields that are 10 minutes long or longer on duration, listening to it once is more than enough.
captain said you can listen to it in that way too bro
Yeah , Iām also still confused and figuring out , would it hamper training performance, as in it will make the weights heavier or movements harder and slower due to the increase in our perception of gravity ?
And how long does this perception of heaviness / increased gravity last ?
