How is the The Swords of Adipose Annihilation working for you? I don’t have the $$ to buy both so I’m debating between The Swords of Adipose Annihilation and Hardcore. I read the forum for The Swords of Adipose Annihilation on the other thread but it was kind of mix review.
I’m really loving this field. Shares a similar musical taste to the 20e pepper field.
Feeling extra strong today. Muscles look well defined. Braced my slightly stronger overnight core and launched out of bed to seize the day
Looped this 6 times today, felt like I was waking underwater because I felt insanely heavy, wow. Automated rucking/gravity room is a good way to describe it. MMA or Martial Arts practicioners will enjoy this for speed training.
Can I listen to this audio daily, or is it better to space it out with rest-days?

The descry says start slowly and use as you need, adjusting according to your training patterns.
That being said, the muscles of the core are designed for endurance, which means you can train them everyday, just like people do yoga (a form of core training) everyday.
The best advice is to not exceed the description instructions and see how your body responds to the field.

Not sure if u mean that this audio is for core alone, it is not the case.
This field uses the logic of the mentioned fields ( core strengthening, abdominal one etc.) and applied to all muscle groups.
It’s hardcore training/workouts.
Btw I have already seen gains at all body parts in just 2 days.
What I observed is more we play, more rest my body is demanding. Played 3x yday, not that tired.
Played 5x today, felt tired, sore and slept for a while and soon ate protein bars to get back normal.

Well, it is working very well for me! Of course, you have to commit to a healthy lifestyle and be patient with the results, since each body works differently. For example, I have a hard time burning fat. I have to be consistent with my low carb diet and my cardio and strength exercise routine.
It all depends on what your goals are. As a woman with a tendency to accumulate fat, I would recommend it!
I intend to purchase this audio as I trust it to work synergistically with “The The Swords of Adipose Annihilation” (It´s good to know that I am very new to the Sapien world and this statement is the result of my intuition ). I’ll keep you informed

Muscle gains are the first visible result, just now went for a walk…can feel the legs heavy along with my upper body. Strength is obvious with muscle gains but since I don’t go gym, cant say…one need to really put this to test in weight lifting (edited). Fat loss is not observed yet, but I can’t confirm that because I am already lean and muscular.
Edit: Now I am sure strength increased by many folds, because just now did some burpees to test the strength, able to do with ease.

Yes it does. The description says all muscles, except those in the face.
Personally I think your stack is fine, but experience will guide you to optimize it based on your needs.
I’m legit confused as to whether I should get this one or the abdominal acquisition audio. The abs are where I have trouble with the most. Everywhere else comes a lot easier for me. Especially the chest.
Well the Hard Core includes parts of the Abdominal acquisition field, so I would assume this one.
