Well, there are audios for both removal of entities and spells, so I guess not much to discuss there 
If they aren’t available to you now, one thing you can do is call upon benevolent entities to help you, archangel Michael being one of them (Sammy described in detail some time ago how to go about this, I’ll try to find it) 
Also, when you raise your personal vibration most of those beings stop being a match to you, especially if they were “sent” by someone else.

Luckily Dream has blessed us with fields for these problems both FREE and paid.
Also suggest starting your day with:
*Energy Body/Aura Deep Clearing- dont listen to anything 3 hrs before it
*Nullify Negative Planetary
I would listen to the first one every day until the problem has been resolved, then listen to it once a week (and as needed). The second one I would listen to it every day. Both of these are FREE fields.
