I am using sapien medicine androstenol but whenever I listened I am getting lot of headache even after drinking lot of water
Dont use headphones, androstenol field has high frequencies, use with speakers on medium-low volume.

Overwhelming your nevrous system with energy can cause headaches. Especially if the energy is concentrated/focused in your head. To resolve such a cause, you’d basically need to ground the energy. first stop any kind of energy work such as listening to energetic audios or remove items from your aura. Then perform a grounding technique. There are so many out there just google it and find one the works best for you. What works the best and fastest for me is a salt foot bath for about 30 minutes and the overwhelming energy consentration dissipates. You can then use energy tools again but try not to overwhelm your system and work at your own pace.

what also helped me after listening to automated grounding 3 times was waiting 20 minutes and then looping pain control 3 times, and lower blood pressure 2 times right afterwards. I’ve never gotten rid of a headache so fast and easily.

I’m ready to pay $ 30-50 for the androstenol version without these nasty frequencies that make my ears hurt. I don’t understand only if the fields are so powerful and there are no analogues in the world, then why add the frequencies from which the cuckoo moves out …
