Heal those around you. (Be the healer) Programmed audio.(Ver 2.0)
Description:
What this does is basically provide a means by which you heal friends or family or anybody you wish.
This will send healing work to anybody you think of while using this video, It works towards speeding up the healing process and providing a general whole body healing, unconditional love and virus disruption.

To use you simply need to think of the person you intend to heal while playing the video. It will work on that person for the duration of the video.
While it may not be possible in all cases, its always good to get permission first.
Updated and also helps to develop your own healing ability. (so you can listen passively, but its also good for active practice. )

There are no time limits for use, so this means that you can listen and use as much as you want, right?

However, if you use it simultaneously with other audios/videos, the latters may have some restrictions. Read their description first.

How should I use the Instagram image “Become the healer”? I have a problem with a relative that I love very much, I just want to help. While I take the image with my right hand, and say the word “activate”, should I release the image and place both hands on the part of the body of the other person that I want to heal? Or should I continue to hold the image with my thumb and index finger and place only one hand on the part of the body that I want to heal? I appreciate your kind help friends.

You have to think about the person you intent to heal. So I wouldn’t say it’s meant to work during your sleep. You have to use it actively. Best of luck!

You dont have to choose, you simply do one at some time in the day then later on the other one .

Id say its possible but not as strong as focusing the full energy an intention one at a time
