Healing Isn’t Linear – And That’s Okay

When it comes to healing—whether from depression, anxiety, burnout, or past experiences—it’s easy to expect steady progress. But the truth is, healing isn’t a straight path. Some days feel better, others feel worse, and sometimes it feels like you’re back at square one. But that doesn’t mean you’re not moving forward.

In the U.S., mental health conversations are becoming more open, but there’s still pressure to “get better fast.” The reality is, taking time to rest, process, and grow at your own pace is just as important as pushing forward.

What are some things that have helped you on your healing journey? How do you remind yourself to be patient when progress feels slow?

It helps to understand that the morphic field is not a pill that you swallow and feel the result after 20 minutes. The fields work through an energy system, and it becomes clogged and sometimes deformed with age. If the sewer is clogged, then using the bathroom or sink is useless, and if you still continue to do this, then everything will get even worse. What does a person do in such a situation? He goes to a specialty store and buys special tools with which he cleans the system. The water is leaving, the air is being cleaned, and everyone is happy. It’s the same with the energy system. In order for the fields to truly open up and do their job, the energy system must be a clean and sensitive conductor, Then the work of the field can be felt at all levels, right down to the cells, and the result comes faster.

That’s an interesting perspective! The idea of clearing blockages—whether physical, emotional, or energetic—makes a lot of sense when it comes to healing. Everyone’s journey looks different, and finding what helps us ‘clear the path’ is important. Have you found specific practices or habits that help you stay patient and grounded in your healing process?

I remember the evening when I first got acquainted with the morphic field. It was a microcosmic orbit from Sapien Medicine on YouTube. It’s a short video, but by the end of it, I felt a soft but powerful energy, first in my legs, then in the front and back of my body. I subscribed to the channel, started studying this topic, and it came to me that morphic fields are very effective if you do not interfere with their work with your “knowledgeable” mind, and do not rush the process. Therefore, I have never had any problems with impatience, or waiting for the fastest results. The fields are working, and that’s the main thing.

That sounds like a really interesting experience! It’s fascinating how some people can deeply feel energy shifts like that. I’ve heard a lot about morphic fields, but I’ve never tried them myself. It’s cool that you’ve found an approach that works for you—trusting the process rather than rushing for results seems like a solid mindset.
