hello,
I would like to request some healing please. Iāve been having neck and shoulder pain/heaviness kind of like a knot on the right side since august. it is definitely because of energy overload and Iām sure at time it also had to do with some behaviors and circumstances that I probably wasnāt great at processing at that moment, In return I was prob overcompensating using fields in not a healthy way .
Although its not as bad as it was back then. it tends to react when listening to fields. Its been 3 months since I havenāt really listened to fields, I would of course here and there after weeks or days but not for a extended period of time.
Still at the same time some part of it feels divinely ordained, I am seeing my egoic patterns a bit more and I feel like Iām processing heartbreak and having to let go of things. Usually I would use fields and think I would be healed but cant really do that right now, some part of it feels like I have to surrender to this moment and keep moving forward and not think about it, but its been a challenge so id appreciate any healing energy sent my way. Thank you.

oh its okay, thank you! I feel better. the knot like heaviness is still there, but i feel its not overly being sensitive to fields. I read some threads and saw that Manhattan method and opus Manhattan help with these matters. I got them today and listening to them right now. I defiantly donāt feel worse off and it feels like its slowly helping me. I guess I was grieving or missing out when I posted.
Still, these months were challenging, but with out them I wouldnāt come to some realizationās I have now. That I believe will help me on my journey from now on. In the end and right now Iām grateful.
