Heart palpitations

Hi. Okay, I just want to ask. This has been happening for a week now, actually.

Usually, when I have this issue, it’s because I’ve adapted to a vegetarian diet for a long time. But that wasn’t the case last month in September. I did eat meat, like chicken, but in small portions—tiny, small portions of chicken.

I’ve been very active since September, jogging every day for 20,000 steps throughout the month. I didn’t really eat much besides rice and chicken, and sometimes vegetables, but not much. Do you think I lack vitamins or something? I do have IBS, which really makes my stomach bloated almost all the time. This is another reason why I can’t go vegetarian for long periods of time.

But the main reason I’m making this thread is that my heart palpitations are occurring quite often now, and it stresses me out. I did end up going to the ER and got an electrocardiogram. They said that everything is fine, but the arrhythmia is quite fast, as they said. Obviously, I was panicking, and my stomach was also bloated. So there’s that. And i got myself checked on my cholesterol. Which is 207.

Idk. I’ve eliminated lot of things of my diet. Such coffee and tea.

I use the heart fields. Cholesterol. And long haul. Ibs fields too. But it didn’t do much. It still like this. Just so confused. And stressed out!

I recently take irons supplement too. B12. And vitamin d.

Any suggestions is welcome.

Not enough magnesium, potassium, maybe even sodium? If you don’t salt you food, supplement and live in hot climate, while physically active you will have insufficient electrolytes.
Also I would be concerned about iodine intake with such diet, unless your vegetables provide it in sufficient amounts.

I don’t think as for sodium tbh. But magnesium maybe. Idk but all I know is eat quite salty foods. Do you think i should do blood test or what

Blood test is ideal, although you might simply be genetically predisposed to higher cholesterol values.
Regarding arrhythmia it might really be from something non-detrimental. I would think about thyroid in case everything else looks good, also D3 levels.

As for the cholesterol, I do admit I’ve been eating a lot of junk food, back in the day. But that month of September, I was full blown walking way too much. Never walked that much in my life tbh. And since then my heart just act like this :skull:

But I’ll try to add bananas to my diet and see.

Cholesterol is a controversial topic, there is one world renowned Indian doctor who is very spiritual exposes corrupt and greedy mainstream medicine of US which sets up the thresholds and delivering money to pharma companies.

While it is true that all studies showed a direct relationship between rising cholesterol and heart attacks they also showed that extensive and fatal heart attacks could occur even in those with low cholesterol.

The guy that took my cholesterol test said. ( well some people have 400 cholesterol and look just fine) so yea i don’t think this is pure cholesterol alone. I feel like I’m deficit

Magnesium sounds the best bet for palpitations.
Doctors checked you too, so most likely you dont have anything life threating, but they usually have no clue about these essential minerals, how that can cause blood pressure issues etc.

Stress & Anxiety i recommend too, for stress related thingys.

Yes, I’m trying to make 11 bananas smoothie. I used to do that back in the old days. I haven’t eaten anything like this for so long.

Although when I increase the iron and B12, the palpitations are somewhat reduced, but they still occur. So I think these two, potassium and magnesium, are my targets.

Hello Imogen :pray::sunny:!

From experience, be careful with your levels of potassium and calcium; both are very important for the proper functioning of the heart.

When you are deficient in potassium and calcium, you may experience muscle weakness and fatigue.

Dry eyes, sensations in the teeth, pressure in the chest, skin irritation, and tingling in some areas of the body, especially in the extremities like the hands and feet, can be signs of a deficiency in these two minerals. Cardiac arrhythmia may occur when the levels of these two minerals are very low.

Regarding magnesium, signs that may indicate a deficiency include muscle twitching in the eyelids and other muscles in the body, muscle weakness, and cramps.

Be careful not to consume too many bananas in large quantities; an overdose of potassium can be harmful.

What I can recommend is to go to the pharmacy and take electrolyte tablets or powder, used by athletes and people who have had diarrhea. This helps to remineralize the body with various electrolyte

You can also check your urine. If it is cloudy and acidic, meaning you feel a burning sensation in your genitals, this may indicate that your body is in acidosis. A state of acidosis will cause you to lose your buffering minerals to keep your blood pH stable.

I had heart palpitations issue post Cvd for around 2 months. My local doctor asked me to drink Himalayan Pink Salt ( tea spoon in a glass of water twice morning and evening) and in 2 weeks it healed me :100:%.
It worked amazingly well !
As others saying it’s all linked to good mineral intake, and pink salt is loaded with minerals + trace elements.
There are no side effects afaik.

You’ve been using a lot of fields or one that requires a lot of physical energy or Internal alchemy? Or too much grounding? Sometimes these palpitations can happen due to lack of energy or low voltage in the body. Try listening to orgone accumulator, I think it could restore energy in your body

Also plasma light beach might help but try orgone first a few times for a few days.

Finally, sleeping more and better might be the easiest solution in some cases

I already ate 3 bananas but idk why it still like this

Not Medical Advice.

Kidney and Bladder Specialist and Thyroid regeneration are the first things that come to mind. Balancing your electrolytes is very important. Might be simpler to get a flavorless electrolyte mix. Also, It’s possible that you need a methylcobalamin instead cyanocobalamin B12 supplement

Does cardiac arrhythmia occur after certain meals?

You also talk about a bloated belly.
Can you tell me what you eat regularly ?

It only happens when I stand or sit in a weird position.

Few days ago the palpitations way worse than this tbh. But since I added iron supplement. B12 and d. Kinda lessened. But it’s still there.

Back in September, I only ate rice, chicken, and a few vegetables. I never really ate anything other than that.

But yes, my stomach always feels bloated. I think it also worsens my palpitations, especially when sleeping, unless I add an extra pillow.

Currently, I eat mostly vegetarian foods, adding lots of bananas. I ate at least five just today. This is my first time eating them after so long.

But if this doesn’t work. I might eat meat again I guess.

Do you think jogging for 20k everyday is too much? I got this issue after being so active.

Sweating causes electrolytes to be lost. A diet rich in fruits and vegetables allows you to recharge to a large extent. Mineralized and energized water also provides minerals to recharge. If it is a regular intensive physical effort, it is advisable to supplement with electrolyte supplements.

When you do physical effort, remember to breathe well. Bad breathing will create lactic acid in your muscles. If the body does not evacuate it properly (or does not convert it to be consumed) it can disrupt the blood pH and in this case disrupt the electrolyte level. The body will use minerals to neutralize the acidity of the blood.

As I said, be careful about eating bananas. A high potassium level can unbalance the other minerals in your blood.

Too much potassium in the body to disrupt the functioning of the heart and can be dangerous.

that’s why in some countries potassium can’t be bought in a pharmacy you need a prescription. an overdose can be fatal.

So to summarize what I advise you is:

  • reduce your physical activities for a while.
  • remember to breathe well when you do your physical activity
  • take electrolyte supplements to be able to recharge yourself properly in the best possible way
  • eat one or two bananas a day, no more. try it out and see for yourself how it goes afterwards.

as you have irritable bowel pay attention to fodmap by reducing their quantity.
