hi by experience do you recommend height one or skyscraper? i like height because of microfractures but maybe skyscraper is better in cases the person haven’t hit puberty yet? how do you compare these 2 and if anyone has experience with both i appreciate the help

I had both fields. Skyscraper when I was a year or two younger and listened to it more often but had no results beyond knee pain and other “growth” symptoms. With the Height I listen to it less often but am now objectively taller in a little less than two months. I recently asked my server to play it for 24 hours so I hope to grow more in the future but for now I can say goal accomplished and that would be my best recommendation.
