I amn’t getting result from hyper state of sleep. How to I use that for sleep only 2 hours.

Plus there’s the important consideration that it’s not usually healthy for most humans to live on only 2 hours of sleep each night.

Sleeping for 2 hours and feeling like you slept 8 is unrealistic thought.
When I used the field, my sleep need went down BY 2 hours. So.e.g. if before I needed to sleep 8 hours to wake up by myself, then while using hyper state sleep I would wake up after 6 hours.

It is best used after you wake up.
