Hyper Sleep State Results?

Has anyone gotten results from the hyper sleep state audio that lets you sleep 4-5 hours and still function normally without any downsides?
I am considering using it because it sounds useful for everything

Hi @lol , welcome to the forums!

I use Hyper Sleep often with no downsides at all. I find that I sleep more restfully and need much less sleep. I’ve also found that it can be used to help me stay alert and awake a bit longer when I’m tired, or to help wake up quickly in the morning.

Try it out and let us know how it goes!

Glad to be of help! :slightly_smiling_face: It’s probably somewhat individual how much sleep you’ll need, but your body will probably be able to wake up naturally when you’re rested.

Reading through the comments on Youtube, it looks like most people sleep around 4 to 5 hours. It could be more or less for you depending upon how it works for you.

You could try combining it with Sapien’s Superhuman Mutant as well. It might allow you to sleep even less.

Hi @Rmihughes, listening before sleep will actually keep you awake longer if you are trying to go to sleep, but it can be helpful to listen later in the day if you are trying to stay awake and alert.

I listen twice per day most days as I find the effect wears off quite a bit for me after one sleep, although the time of day varies.

If I feel too slow in waking up, then I will listen twice in the morning (or more than twice if needed). If not, I listen twice anytime during the day. I sometimes listen twice or more at night if I forget to listen in the daytime, or if I’m trying to stay awake longer.

I listen to it every night 2x before bed. I fall asleep in 5 minutes and only need 6 hours of sleep. before it would take me 1/2 hour to fall and asleep and I would need at least 8 hours a night.

@RazingTommy Great that you mention this. I wondered why I attracted more women sometimes when I played this, although that was not even my intent. While I played other audios that can help do so, it seemed to me that it happened more often with this audio as well. Interesting. That could be this.

Is this frequency permanent. For example if you listen to it for 6 months consistently will you always have the full effects regardless if you discontinue listening to it

No, it’s not permanent. It works for at least 2 sleep times, which means you only have to listen to it once or twice every other day.

I have listened to this one many times today, along with another playlist. I am going into the direction of 2 playlists at once, although not necessarily all the time. I thought that I could perhaps loop which contains a sub-loop of some fields from the Point of No Return playlist or the Booster stack in the second one. Playlist A and B can be different combinations. I might use a 3rd one to replenish energy and reorganize. I am thinking about some system and routines about this and use different factors. I try to keep at 4-5 fields at once (audio and advanced fields). I have noticed today when going out that I moved differently.

Gosh I’m so late but during my exam period i used this religiously and the results were AMAZING! I would go to bed at like 12-3 and wake up at around 5 then still be able to function - it was amazing. People around me were tired but I was active as if I’d had slept on time, though after a few weeks of using this I had to stop as the tiredness was catching up with me.

In my opinion it’s not good longterm, helped me so much!

As long as you use this audio and let youre body wake up whenever it wants to then you will be fine.

Its good Many people use hyper sleep state and it lets you sleep less hours and have no side effects or downsides. You can use it as much as you want.
