when on it, I just get a temporary sleep push back and must sleep off the sleep debt a few days later.
Anyone know how to circumvent this?
Personally I still need my 8+ hours but I am in my teens so maybe I should not use

I have a very mild form of epilepsy. One of the initial triggers is lack of sleep. Not beeing a great sleeper I have tried Fast working deep sleep. Works like a wonder! By listening to Hyper Sleep a really weird and uncomfortable pressure builds up in my brain (plus I get tired), that will vanish right away by finishing the audio.
I just wanted to let Sapien know, that this audio is maybe not really safe for people suffering form a heavier form of epilepsy. They might not be able to finish the audio quickly enough, before an epileptic seizure occurs.
The next 3 months I am going to work 12 hour shifts and I want to decrease my sleep time from 8 hours to 4 hours. I already tried the field and I was feeling good. Are there any long term disadvantages. The body produces hormones like hgh etc. and repairs itself while we sleep so my question is if I used this audio for 3 months and slept only 4 hours a day would something bad happen to me like my body not producing enough hormones?
I donât think so at all. What the audio does is given you a gene mutation that lets you sleep much less. The gene that allow for this is DEC2 gene, which is a gene that some people are born with. for the people that are born with it they sleep 4-5 hours and feel fully rested. Nothing bad happens to them. This audio will given you that same gene but temporarily. Using that logic, you can use this audio without having to worry about any negative consequences from it because the gene mutation cuts down rem sleep and does not affect your hormones in any negative way.

Didnât do much for me but I had used it only for 2 days. Maybe it needs some time to accumulate.
Yeah I have great results with it. I use it on the days I know I have to wake up super early. I did not know itâd actually help me to fall alseep, but then I notice that by the next day and as soon as I am done with it I just HAVE to sleep those 10-12 hours to feel refreshed again. But if I use it two days in a row it doesnât happen, as often at least.

The audio works like magic, I tend not to use it and instead op for more sleep whenever possible but pair it with super human mutant, vitamin d, photosynthesis, sun gazer. Each 2-3 times. Youâll get the kick you need AND not wonât feel a massive drain.
