Hyper Sleep State Results?

I love it. Ive played it mostly as i wake up or trying to wake up. Couple of times and baam! Feel like the rabbit from energizer.

I tried before bed only once and i did wake up refresh but it did delay falling asleep so i rather use it in the morning.

orexin is produced from hyperstate sleep, so itā€™s better to listen after sleep. Thatā€™s why sapien says listen after you wake up

Yes I guess youā€™re right , but the idea that I listen to this audio and wake up deep rested despite sleeping less seemed too alluring so I asked , I guess I might use this audio as my alarm clock then :joy:

This is literally the only sapien field that doesnā€™t work for me. It worked the first few times only.

Exactly the same happened to me.

I experience this issue also with the Automatic Workout Series and other videos I canā€™t remind rn.

Someone know how can we fix this?

Probably its a sign that you need to sleep more and work out in real life :smirk:

Joking :slightly_smiling_face: try adding for the skeptics before hyper state and plasma for the automated work out and see :slightly_smiling_face:

Hello there!

I have a problem with this audio, I canā€™t stand the frequency sound! I found this so annoying to listen to, especially when waking up. Any suggestions about using this?

I really need this, because I always sleep >8h. Especially now that Iā€™m trying to grow taller I go with 10h :)

Try turning the volume way, way down. You only need to be able to tell if the field is playing, which requires a much lower volume than listening volume.

Iā€™m keeping the volume to 1 (using my cell phone) but I still catch it :sob:

Iā€™m trying my best, I just listen it only once for now. Hope that Iā€™ll get use to it!

There are ways, beyond your phoneā€™s volume control, to reduce the volume:

  • You can move your phoneā€™s speakers further away from your ears (to, like, your feet, if necessary)
  • You turn your phoneā€™s speakers so that theyā€™re facing something ā€œsolidā€ (like your tummy or the mattress of your bed) to further baffle the sound.
  • You can look at the advanced setting of your music player app. Some music players have settings which further allow you to reduce the dB of your playback.
  • You can combine all of the above.

In short, play with it.

That may well be enough to get the benefits from.this field. More is usually not better when it comes to fields.

Looped 3 times an hour or so before bed.

Slept for 4 hours and 30 minutes exactly.

Easy.

feeling restored and revitalized.

I typically sleep for like 10 hours.

Iā€™m getting back on track.

But go easy with it, I didnā€™t use any alarms.

Must be new energy also from other releases.

Confused, some use it morning and others soon before bed.
I donā€™t sleep well or deep usually and get up several times a night, get insomnia etcā€¦ What would be the best time for me to listen? So far been trying it in the mornings thinking itā€™s a wake up kind of thing.

This is for sleep depravation and can be use it before sleep with some melatonin production field and you will get benefit of 8 hours of sleep with just 5 or less hours of sleep
