Yes that’s because you’re not member level yet (Level 2).
But I merged it to the correct location indeed. Even double checked.

This is really not that much and constitutes most basic forum participation.
With it you will also unlock other areas like the NFT marketplace.
And plus, you are already more than halfway there.

When you join the forum, the Newcomers thread is made available. It gives you all of the background info you need. This forum is over 5 years old and with time and so much material it becomes increasingly more difficult to catch people up without them putting in the time and attention to following the basics.
