Help wth martial arts

Hello, I started doing kickboxing/muay thai 6 months ago and the truth is that I’m very interested in it. I just turned 22 and I’m also going to MMA classes twice a week. On July 12th I have a kickboxing exhibition. What camps could help me? I would appreciate the help because I started a bit late in this sport and I think I would like to be a professional in the future i’m from argentina My finances aren’t the best, but if there’s any audio, it would help me a lot and I could make a purchase. This might seem a bit left-field, depending on your priorities, but I would personally recommend working on your Internal Alchemy (which often links with various disciplines, whether or not Muay Thai is one of them I do not know).

The old Internal Alchemy stack can be found easily on Odysee and other available platforms. For now, I’d maybe start with the lower Dan Tien - making it more robust. For that:

Pranic Swirls (from Energetic Alchemy) x (let’s just say) 2 - 6
Chi Compression into Lower Dan Tien (from stack/playlist on sites) x 3

The Internal Alchemy series has fields for other practices but maybe start with that for now. There’s plenty of tips and info elsewhere on the forum, I’m sure plenty others can give you some advice in this regards (certainly more than me!)

Thank you very much. I used to listen to Pranic Swirls, but I don’t know why I stopped using it. I was using an intelligence stack and noticed a bit of improvement. They tell me I’m better, but I have a lot of bad habits (letting my guard down) or sometimes being afraid of throwing combinations, but it’s a matter of experience. The truth is that I feel good enough to have been doing it for 6 months. One detail I forgot to mention is that I’m right-handed, and kicking/kneeling/footwork with my left foot is really complicated for me. I usually play soccer, and I also have a hard time with my left leg. I don’t know if there’s a field that helps with that, or if it’s just a practice issue, and I’m going to start adding what you recommended.

Hey man, this field is testing as helpful for you for this issue. I used a program for a long time that increased the neural connections between the left and right hemispheres of my brain. Without even trying I found myself becoming more ambidextrous. All the best.

also have my beauty stack, haha. I don’t know if that slows down the process. I was listening to a playlist of Jaaj’s Selflove. I don’t know what stage, but there are quite a few. I think it would be better to leave one stack for now. But I think having self-love and absolute confidence also helps a lot in this sport. My brain stack is:

had read in the forum and there was help for bodybuilding, football and all that. I assumed that football (soccer) is what could be most associated with martial arts.
