im new to this forum and new to these audios i discovered subliminals then sapien medicine. where do i start? which fields do i use? im still using subliminals so maybe i can use sapien medicine audios to boost the results or change my mindset in general. im aiming for physical result mostly height and face but i dont know which creators to use or what to even use. can anyone help me please
