Hey what’s up guys, I’m creating this thread to give my opinion on a stack that I’ve been listening to for a while. It’s really effective for balancing out hormones, and one thing I’ve noticed that many people would appreciate is thicker hair, balanced blood pressure, less anxiety, balanced blood sugar (no spikes after eating), smoother and healthier skin, faster hair growth, etc.

Here it is:

  • Diabetes 3x
  • Adrenal Healing/Detox 4x
  • Kidney/Adrenal 3x
  • Endocrine System 4x (Upped it to 4 everyday because with 2 every other day I wasn’t seeing results)
  • Nerve Damage Help (Newer version)

Kidney and Adrenal Healing is the updated version of Adrenal Healing and Detoxification so maybe you can shorten your stack

and maybe add Nerve Damage Help - YouTube before Body Nerve healing?

I know it’s a newer version but I found it more effective if I used both in combination
