Testosterone

Description:
Testosterone is the primary male sex hormone, but it is also present in women in smaller amounts. It plays a vital role in muscle growth, bone density, energy levels, libido, and overall vitality. For men, it is a cornerstone of masculinity and strength, while for women, it supports healthy hormonal balance and metabolism.

How to Use Safely:

  • Frequency: Start with one play daily and observe your body’s response. Women should use sparingly, as excess testosterone can lead to unwanted side effects.
  • Best Times: Morning use is ideal, as natural testosterone levels peak during this time.
  • Combining with Fields: Pairing with fields for energy, physical fitness, or hormonal balance can enhance its effects.
  • Warnings: Overuse can lead to side effects such as aggression, acne, or hormonal imbalance. Always listen to your body and discontinue if you notice adverse effects.

Estrogens
Description:
Estrogens are the primary female sex hormones responsible for reproductive health, bone density, skin elasticity, and emotional well-being. In men, estrogens play a minor yet essential role in regulating libido and brain health.

How to Use Safely:

  • Frequency: Use once per day, depending on your goals. Women seeking hormonal balance may benefit from regular use, while men should use cautiously to avoid excessive estrogen levels.
  • Best Times: Any time of day, preferably during moments of calm or self-care, as estrogens also influence emotional balance.
  • Combining with Fields: Can be combined with fields for beauty, anti-aging, or stress relief for synergistic benefits.
  • Warnings: Overuse can lead to imbalances, such as mood swings, water retention, or fatigue. Men should be particularly cautious to avoid symptoms of high estrogen, such as gynecomastia or emotional instability.

Prolactin

Description:
Prolactin is a hormone involved in lactation and reproductive health. Beyond its role in breastfeeding, it influences emotional bonding, immune system function, and metabolic processes. It’s also associated with feelings of nurturing and connection.

How to Use Safely:

  • Frequency: Use sparingly, especially for men, as excess prolactin can suppress testosterone levels and libido. Women might start with 1 time per day if seeking to support maternal instincts or emotional bonding.
  • Best Times: During moments of relaxation or meditation, as prolactin works closely with oxytocin to enhance bonding and peace.
  • Combining with Fields: Pairs well with emotional healing, self-love, or feminine energy fields.
  • Warnings: Overuse may cause lethargy, decreased libido, or hormonal imbalance in men and women. Discontinue use if negative effects appear.

Progesterone

Description:
Progesterone is a key hormone for regulating menstrual cycles, supporting pregnancy, and maintaining overall hormonal health in women. It also has calming effects, aiding in better sleep and emotional stability. In men, progesterone plays a minor but essential role in counterbalancing other hormones like estrogen.

How to Use Safely:

  • Frequency: 1 time daily for women seeking hormonal balance, stress relief, or support during certain phases of their menstrual cycle.
  • Best Times: Evening use is beneficial, as progesterone promotes relaxation and sleep quality.
  • Combining with Fields: Works well with stress reduction, sleep enhancement, or feminine health fields.
  • Warnings: Overuse can cause fatigue, dizziness, or hormonal fluctuations. Women should avoid using during the first half of their cycle unless under specific guidance.

General Tips for Safe Use:

  1. Start Slowly: Begin with one session of the appropriate field to gauge your body’s response.
  2. Avoid Overlap: Use only the hormone field(s) you need. Using multiple hormone fields simultaneously may lead to imbalance.
  3. Monitor Effects: Keep a journal of how you feel to track benefits and potential side effects.
  4. Combine Thoughtfully: Pair with supportive fields for stress relief, emotional balance, or physical fitness to amplify positive outcomes.
  5. Consultation: If you have medical conditions or are pregnant, consult with a healthcare professional before using hormone fields.

His previous two album have had sequential fields. I’m guessing this one might be similar.

Which two albums?

But I don’t understand those two albums are gender agnostic while in this album 3 hormones are necessary for women of which 2 need to be in right trace amounts for men and for both the genders excess of these 2 would be a disaster more for women than men.

That is why I suggested without description it is risky.

:warning:
Please remember everyone, that we also do not have official descriptions.
Hence stay on the safer side. The Captain Nemo and Sammy have often mentioned not to overdo hormone related audios.

In fact, I have played the testosterone from this album today and it was excessively strong, I would say from memory that it is stronger than the previous version. To me, 1 listen was more than enough.

Thus, be cautious, be wise. Do your own research on which you should use.
