There is an audio in the Energy course package entitled Grounding. I may be overlooking something, but I can’t find any information on how or when to use it. Any advice on this is appreciated, thanks.

Grounding is dissipating excess energy from your body in simple terms, walking in nature bare foot is grounding. So, when you think you have spammed some heavy fields or you want to destress your nervous and energy systems you can use grounding.
