I’ve recently been manifesting during meditation and for e.g i’m trying to manifest having a car and driving on the road but when i visualize it i cant help but manifest crashing my car, or slipping off the road…
like i try to set the intention that im a good driver and visualize driving straight on the road and being fine but i literally cant control the negative visualization, does anyone know what field or actually any practice that would help my change of thought?

It is also worthwhile to dig into why your subconscious is manifesting such thoughts? Is that because of past trauma? Is that because deep down somewhere you think you are not worthy of manifesting good things? Once you pick one negative emotion, observe it as a passive observer, it dissipates many a time or reveals the real cause behind such an emotion. Do not worry or fear these “negative” emotions that arise, accept them, view them (and yourself) compassionately and let them go - the key is to not suppress them, pretend that not they are not there, but to lovingly acknowledge them, and let them dissipate without resistance.
Love, Gratitude, and Appreciation track may help as well.

u acknowledge and let go of negative thoughts like a feather and affirm positive thoughts concretely at the same time, in the same meditation session. In no time, u can shift ur patterns.

You are not having negative thoughts. You are projecting your fears and therefore end up sabotaging your goals
Car = accident = fear id die…
= Better not manifesting a car.
All you need is Attention & focus and OCD field.

I dont think its fear. I still have these bs thoughts even after using amygdala healing and I dont really mind dying.
yeah i dont feel fear when the thought comes about, its more that my mind just automatically thinks the worst outcome,

Seems to me like you have Generalized Anxiety Disorder. Almost always stems from Fear or past trauma. @Maoshan_Wanderer advice is good for this condition. Amygdala healing and brain regeneration should help too. Self love and acceptance may also help. Sometimes it just happens because you don’t want to accept your current reality/yourself, so you deny it, creating anxiety and bad thoughts. Mindfulness field might help in that case.
I’m just brainstorming here, better to research on your own the best fields.
