My suggestion is just observe. It is uncomfortable but …

If you are doing any practices halt on them.
You dont want to rise so quickly that you have no idea how to stop it; that gives adverse effects.

I cannot remember the names of all the machines but I did go in one where it scanned that entire area you mentioned above. Also had x rays

No I meant I had an mri,xray, ekg and a tube thing where they give an injection that makes you feel really hot then you go through it.

Please ground
Eat lots of red foods beets pomegrantes etc

Go outside on the grass
Without shoes have your feet touch that grass
Breathe deeply ; nostrils only
anulom vilom a prynama, is fantastic practice to do
Whilst
Sitting in yoga asana padmasana outside or anywhere; any variation of padmasana

Try to sit on the ground
People dont realize how important it is to sit on the ground lol
Schumann resonance is why I always recommend

Honestly this sounds weird especially in the western world but i assure you its not

This is hard to explain (the why) so until i can find a more “the reason explanation” let me at least explain the instructions of how this is done. I think it may be of benefit to you :slightly_smiling_face:

Literally have your tray on the ground with you. Criss cross apple sauce or if you can those variations in pdmasana.

Eating simple foods; ie roti, any simple vegetarian dishes (dont have a mass array of options just like one or two with your rice or roti is more than fine)
Eat
Not with a fork
Not with a knife
NOT with a spoon
But your hands.

You need to engage with your five sense more. Eat in silence. Eating is one of the best ways to ground

Thank you for all the suggestions. I find it interesting how you emphasized the five senses as I was just having a conversation about that.

The floor eating does feel like it would be very grounding. I may try this if these symptoms persist or I may try it as it sounds like I’d benefit from it regardless of being sick or not.

It doesn’t sound like kundalini symptoms to me

I remember when i had kundalini awakening

It activated every chakra center in my body with heat also with heightened sense of knowing and sensing with new perception of things… These lasted for almost 4 weeks, the symptoms disappeared but the perception and heightened sense lasted.
