How do you meditate?

I looked at the psychic abilities blog by Enlightened States and meditation played a big part in it. How does one meditate?

thank you! What audio is that ā€œVibration of Creationā€?

You can learn it in steps. Learn to control your breathing with the wim hof method. Relax your body and mind with Yoga Nidra. Silence your thoughts and concentrate with trenscendental meditation (Basically just say a phonetic that has no meaning to you, like ā€œAyumā€ or ā€œBaā€ or something and repeat it over and over again in your mind)

The way I meditate is simple, but it’s powerful and had changed my life. When I had first started, this is what I did.

Find you a quiet and comfy spot to meditate in…I’d make sure I had earplugs in to block out the noise…I’d sit in indian style(just make sure your body position is upright, but relaxed)…I’d have my palms in an open position facing up…I’d close my eyes and take a nice slow long breath(the sound of the breath will be amplified with the earplugs in) and would just focus solely on the ā€œinā€ā€¦hold the breath for about 3 seconds, and let out a nice slow breath as well on the ā€œoutā€, focusing slowly on the breath as well…I’d blip out the thoughts as they come. (Some people say you shouldn’t do this, and you should let the thoughts flow in and out of your mind without judging them, but I didn’t do that…I just blanked them out, and it worked great for me)

Another trick I’d used when my mind wasn’t that strong yet was, take the same nice slow breaths that I had described up top, but instead, count 1-2-3-4, hold 1-2-3. and let out a 1-2-3-4 count breath(silently in your head)…this will give you something to focus on to make things easier to help you get into the groove…Don’t get discouraged btw with all the thoughts that come…I had a million thoughts when I’d first started and I was only able to do 2 minutes of it. But within two weeks, I was already up to an hour with zero thoughts but my breaths…it’s hard for most people at the start, but if you’re consistent, it will soon get pretty easy…and you’ll fall in love with the benefits, including being more susceptible to the frequencies, achieving total equilibrium, amongst other wonderful things. I hope this helps!

I meditate with open or closed eyes it doesnt really matter in position or out of position. I make my mind completely Zen. Two weeks ago while meditating sitting on my bed I fell into sleep trance while in this state I imagined seeing two police vans in my street…I woke up looked out of the window and saw two police vans in the street stopping at a house.

I know what you mean by the ā€œdeep sleep tranceā€ā€¦this always happened to me from my very first 2 minutes of meditation…Like to the point where I’d be kind of lethargic, head slightly spinning when I come to…but during the meditation, I feel as if I’m far away…and when I used to use the earplugs(I don’t anymore), the sound of my breaths made me nostalgic of how it would sound when I’d go off into the deep end of the beach and I’d just float in the saltwater, while looking up at the blue sky…so serene…I could meditate with my eyes open too, or even blank out my mind and focus solely on my steps when I walk, or even focus on my heartbeats(I hear them perfectly with earplugs in)…there’s so many beneficial ways to meditate…I could meditate while I’m laying down as well, but I was explaining to her how I’d first started…It’s very likely that if you’re just starting and you try to meditate while laying down, you’re likely to fall asleep…but I’ve never had a similar experience to you seeing the 2 police vans…now that, is amazing…

Nostalgic you on point I also experience this when I meditate. I once meditate and saw two shoes flipping in the room my wife sister overnight that night at our home and slept in that room I meditated in she saw the entity that apparently was in the room maybe he flipped the shoe. I dont medidate in that room as much as I use to now.

Damn, those are all amazing stories…I’ve yet to experience something like that…I used to play the Ouija board(I honestly didn’t look at it any other way besides a game that would give me questions), different exes kept telling me they’re evil, and this and that, so I’d just quit…plus, one of my homeboys got possessed in prison…I’ve had some stories that I’d thought were coincidence, but I don’t think to that extent…do these things take place often?

I’m from Africa that stuff is like normal here lots of people got psychic abilities here my wife her sister and their cousin can see entities my cousin and sister aswell…my family and hers also got different abilities me aswell…I use to speak and see entities when I was a kid…small entity flying around with me he was short with long hair with big sneakers I also use to speak with the teddybear in the house that teddy was selfish my cuz and sister also communicated with it. We once threw it far away the next day it was back in the house where it usually is on the cupboard. Alot of people send negative entities to other people to spy or do harm them here.

there was a time i was listening devic intercession on dreams seeds, and i saw some point of light in the air. i think it was vayu layer one. but they were afraid of me, i wonder why?

about meditation, i sit on my chair then with something to listen i start to relax from the extremities every muscle. next i focus on my presence only till my body feels lighter and lighter in this state sometimes i look how my mind is, trying to not touch anything or judging etc
another thing i like to do in this state which i learned in my ā€˜school’ is imagine a blue sphere around me and then filling it with peace or safe feeling that it will protect me etc

sorry about grammar btw english is not my main.

When you achieved a state of deep meditation you unlock the door of the subconscious mind. That is where the power to create the life you desire lies. Saw this somewhere.

Recently I’ve been meditating in the corpse pose with my body straight on my bed. No pillows, neck straight.

I always use at least two of my senses to help ā€œanchorā€ my awareness to the present moment and to my body. I start with one sense such as the feeling of ā€œtouchā€ and feel the vibrations in my body. I focus in on every sensation of my body. Having locked in that sense I then focus on the sense of ā€œhearingā€ and focus on the sounds of the music that I’m listening to (sapien meditation). I then have two sense that are simultaneously locked together and it helps keep me in the present moment.

I find I ALWAYS wander when only focusing on one sense. When get back focused on two senses I’m well anchored.

It’s extremely simple to do. You’re just focusing your awareness on one thing and then incorporating another. I’m working on adding in the sense of sight and focus on the deep blackness on my closed eyes. I then am simultaneously focusing on all three senses. Feels wonderful. At that point you’re totally in the zone and it’s so much harder for your awareness shift to aimless things.

If anyone here can do it, try the Full Lotus posture when you meditate. It is a whole new level of alchemy. My genius (and crazy) buddy Drew Hempel extensively researched on it and has published quite a few articles on it. He does not speak on our ā€œplaneā€, so can be hard to understand, but sitting in full lotus even as a child was probably the best thing that my Grandpa taught.

Hey Man! I just read this excerpt from the article you linked:

ā€œMy body channels closed up a lot but then, in his class, Master Chunyi Lin shot energy into the middle of my brain so that I can now flex my pineal gland at will. I would say my 3rd Eye, the pineal gland, is ā€œhalfā€ open.ā€œ

And I was wondering…

I can flex my third eye too! (Just maybe not that hard of a flex lol) But how do I know when it’s opened or not? lol

Whenever I flex it It makes crackling noises and I feel a lot of pressure and there’s a shift in awareness

Edit: just read this part lol

ā€œI want to emphasize that if the 3rd Eye is fully open then a person can sit in full-lotus, at ease, for at least 2 hours straightā€

I can’t even sit in lotus for 5 minutes with out being in major pain! Haha my legs get in the way of themselves lol

Interesting! What do you mean by flexing? Like bending or straining it?

That’s always been really hard for me to describe lol I just have an innate sense of where to flex inside of my head and it sounds like a fleshy crackling sound at the center of my head. I hear this sound a lot of times listening to the third eye and crown field

I always unfocus my eyes, let my eye lids fall half way down my eyes and bring my attention Inwards and I just ā€œflexā€ lol

I become aware of the space inside of my head and I feel like I can direct energy from there with intent to do certain things but it’s hard to explain that too haha Any psychic work is easier for me this way but it’s tiring to maintain the flex

I’m probably not making too much sense haha

Edit:

Also when I flex hard enough i can feel a light wave of energy go through my hole body and then I become aware of how my energy body feels beneath the skin lol

Well that’s my best explanation of what I feel at least

No crackling sounds. Feel heavy and focused though. And a high pitched sound in my right ear. Have to practice on this one!
