So I am interested does using Ego dissolution before sleep,lessen the effects of subliminals I listened during the day or or actually helps boost their effect.I know listening it before using subs is awesome.I plan on using Ego disolution as the last field before sleep,hopefully it will stop my mind chatter,since I belive it is my mind patterns that are making me wake up early af(this week I had classes rly early,so my mind pattern probably cant let go of idea of me waking up early).

i actually experimented on looping just ego dissolution and emotional release while i sleep. one of the best rested sleeps i’ve had in awhile!
i personally feel that my ego thinks too much and thinking takes energy from me. with less thinking, i am able to use the energy for other parts of my body.
Yeah I used Ego dissolution as last field and went on to sleep.While using it I asked myself why should have have any sleep disorder,why shouldnt I be able to just fall the sleep the moment Iay down,and have the deepest sleep possible.Affirmations went along those lines,and yeah I had the best sleep I cant remember since.I tried numerous fields to improve sleep and they helped to an exten,but this one rocks,so I will be reprogramming myself for the next few days,then write a guide since I am sure there are many others who have similiar problem.Also dont u think it is way better to reprogramm urself to be empty minded while going to sleep and sleeping?I see how looping is way better but many like myself woudl rather let the body and mind do it`s thing.
Ego Dissolution is basically the best field you could choose if you are going to use a subliminal, because it holds back your judgemental aspect (ego) and lets the subliminal do its work.

I am flattered u replied,since I know who you are.So would you say it is also good to use dissolution after using subs while affirming in my mind,yeah effects of the subs I use are boosted infinitely or sth like that.I am kinda scared I will start using ego dissolution so much so that is why I am asking.It is so freeing to let go of ego I have way more energy to spare.

Yes, I generally think it is a good idea to use the ego dissolution field and meditate to it. It will make things much much easier. But don’t just use affirmations, really step into being your desired end-result.
Though I feel like love,gratitude and appreciation is probably the most important field for subliminals, I mean that field is the mindset that you need, I experimented it with subconscious limit remover and ego dissolution. From my experience it works best with putting it on top of the stack so it’s the first thing you play twice than ego dissolution and subconscious limit remover. Imo it’s the most important audio on making your life better appreciative and gaining a good mindset for results.
My stack and personally how it should go

Ego dissolution x1 or x2
Subconscious limit remover x2 x3

Another good booster is automated grounding I play it right after love gratitude appreciation than my stack

Keep in mind that deep sleep, without dreams, is already egoless so looping during night would not be so useful during that time span.

During dreaming you’ll still have mental component of ego (in case ones mind is still creating ego processes)
So the field should help with that
