This is from the healing cards description:
"Activation lasts for 15 to 20 mins.
You can activate it on the card and have it pour into your entire or body or a specific area or person (or area of a person ) of your choosing
Simply visualize the area where you want the energy to flow"
So it only last 15-20 minutes 
but you can activate it again right after the 20 minutes is over

hey sorry for being a little slow ,but is the card also the sigil or their is another sigil that is separate from the card?
If I’m not mistaken, the card is also the sigil, the attunement card doesn’t have no sigil but still works as you see… The sigil is on top of the name of the card
