I assume you ask this question because some other creators claim their Gumroad audios to be stronger than Youtube or Patreon versions?
For Sapien Medicine fields, the strength is all the same. Do note that most audios on Gumroad (or Teespring) are not available on Patreon or Youtube.

audios on gumroad are more specified and advanced some doesn’t exist on youtube nor in patreon.
both gumroad and teespring have advanced fields.
advanced doesn’t means stronger it means simply are more complex & more refined than those on youtube or patreon.
stronger for someone who is sensitive to enegry isn’t a good thing.
