How to measure intelligence?

i’m interested in the ways of measuring intelligence other than IQ tests
it would be nice to have a base reference point, so that i could actually track my progress and not just rely on the abstract inner perception
all the IQ tests i’ve ever taken are unreliable and only measure certain cognitive aspects
they can’t for example define experimental/creative, existential, or linguistic intelligence and really just test proceeding speed and perceptual/mathematical reasoning

I don’t think it is possible.

Intelligence is not substsntial and depends on many factors and contexts.

For example, you won’t have the same results from an IQ test if you had a bad night of sleep or 3 cups of coffee.

Or if you are worrying about something else.

In my opinion and personal experience:

“Intelligence” is highly influenced by how much trauma someone has (most humans on earth are traumatized), plus all the core beliefs that they are carrying around with them about how “smart” they are.

For example if someone was told their whole life that they are “dumb” or “not smart enough” or “not a genius”, then those beliefs will heavily influence and limit the expression of one’s true intelligence levels.

Your Subconscious Mind will not allow you to act smarter than what it believes you are worthy of (!)

Your Subconscius Mind will not allow you to see the solutions that are not in alignment with its programmed perception filters.

So basically, all those IQ tests are mostly trash in my opinion.
Most people would be much smarter if one would heal their traumas and reprogram their deep seated beliefs from “average dumb” to “genius”. The physical brain will then adjust to those new beliefs as best as it is physically possible for it.

Intelligence tests that ignore the power of the Subconscious Mind are pretty much all useless.

As always, it all goes back to Self Love and Self Esteem.
