(Sapien Medicine–related cases)
1. General Principles (THIS is why reports succeed or fail)
Before touching any report form:
Think like the platform, not like a fan
Platforms evaluate reports based on:
• Verifiability
• Chronology
• Authority
• Risk exposure
They do not care about community outrage, beliefs, or reputation.
They care about clear evidence that reduces their legal or financial risk.
Always be:
• Concrete
• Neutral
• Well-structured
• Source-based
Avoid emotional language:
“This is stealing / disgusting / obvious fraud”
“This content appears to be impersonating or reselling copyrighted material without authorization.”
2. Establish the Authority Context (who is Sapien Medicine?)
In reports, always establish the original source first.
Introduce Sapien Medicine clearly:
• Creator: Dream
• Community manager / forum authority: Sammy
• Official community forum: Enlightened States
This gives moderators orientation, which is critical when dealing with niche content.
3 Use Web Archive Proof (this is GOLD)
Archive links are extremely effective because they:
• Prove timeline
• Prove original ownership
• Prove precedence
Archived official Sapien Medicine shops
Use these to show what is official and when:
• Sapien Shop (archived):
Archived Sapien Shop
• Gumroad – Sapien Medicine:
Archived Sapien Medicine Gumroad
• Gumroad – The Primordial:
Archived The Primordial Gumroad
• Teespring – Sapien Medicine:
Archived Teespring Store
Tip: Always explicitly say
“These archived links predate the reported shop/channel.”
4. Link Official Channels (proves authenticity)
Official channels demonstrate legitimate distribution paths.
Official Odysee channels:
• Sapien Medicine:
Sapien Medicine on Odysee
• Dream Seeds:
Dream Seeds on Odysee
• Energetic Alchemy:
Energetic Alchemy on Odysee
Official Youtube channels:
• Sapien Medicine
Sapien Medicine on Youtube
• Dream Seeds
Dream Seeds on Youtube
• Energetic Alchemy
Energetic Alchemy on Youtube
These links matter because impersonators often reuse names, branding, or wording.
5. Forum Evidence (timestamps + authority)
The forum is one of your strongest assets.
Categories that establish release timelines:
• NFTs:
Forum – NFT category
• New Releases:
Forum – New Releases
• Audios (Sapien Medicine):
Forum – Sapien Medicine Audios
Official authority statement (VERY important)
This proves what is and isn’t official:
• Sammy’s clarification:
Forum statement – official shops
And also Use at least 3 concrete examples (from the scamshops and forum/web.archive)
Quote or summarize this clearly in reports.
6. Platform-Specific Reporting (how to do it RIGHT)
Gumroad (excellent responsiveness)
Use both:
• Google Form:
Gumroad reporting form
• Email:
support@gumroad.com
Help article:
How to report a Gumroad creator
Gumroad accepts third-party good-faith reports (as shown in multiple successful reports).
YouTube
• Go to the channel page
• Click “…more”
• Select Report
• Choose Impersonation or Spam
Include external proof links in the description field.
Odysee
• Open the channel
• Use the Report button (upper-right)
• Select impersonation or abuse
• Paste evidence links
Payhip
• Email: contact@payhip.com
• Clearly state: “Third-party report of impersonation / unauthorized resale”
• Include URLs and archive links
Shopify / myshopify.com
Use both methods:
• Merchant report tool:
Shopify – Report a merchant
• Informational email (NOT DMCA):
legal@shopify.com
Do not claim copyright ownership unless you are the rights holder.
Patreon
• Email: trustandsafety@patreon.com
• Patreon strongly enforces impersonation rules
Teespring
• Email: policy@spri.ng
7. Independent Websites (most people miss this)
If it’s a standalone site:
Step 1: Identify host
• Use:
WHOIS lookup
This gives:
• Hosting provider
• Abuse contact email
Step 2: Identify payment processor
Usually listed in:
• Terms & Conditions
• Refund Policy
• Checkout page
Common processors:
• Stripe
• PayPal
• Paddle
• Square
Payment processors are often faster than hosts.
8. Final Tips (this is why reports WORK)
DO:
• Use bullet points
• Use timelines
• Use archive links
• Use official statements
• Stay neutral and factual
DON’T:
• Use insults
• Use threats
• Over-explain beliefs
• Submit vague reports
• File DMCA claims if you’re not the rights holder
Closing Notes
“We are not acting as vigilantes.
We are providing platforms with verifiable, good-faith evidence so they can enforce their own rules.”
While many cases may be comparatively “minor” (e.g. like YtB channels which took just one video, usually Androstenol), many cases should be quite strong, so sooner or later, they shall do something about them.
The list of all of them that I have is on the general Discord server, as countertheft-list (shown for known members).
