Simply, this field makes you spiritually and physically balanced. it helps if you have a disease or any problems you can think of. Even if you are healthy, using it will benefit you. If you want to use it, follow the guidelines on plasma field.

Some of the answers that I pulled from the Plasma topic, general rule is to go slow, 5 minutes if you are sensitive and build on that.
