How can I use it safely , how many times ?

Some of the answers that I pulled from the Plasma topic, general rule is to go slow, 5 minutes if you are sensitive and build on that.

I’d play this ONCE to start off with
and recommend playing “Grounding Audio” or actually physically grounding to enhance the benefits.

This is waaaaaay more powerful than you realize…

everyday is ok or should I listen to it every other day or every three days?

You can play everyday… even more than once a day…
but starting off… go easy…
Not everything needs to be spammed all day (or used to get “high”)

You will get blissful and peaceful with this audio.
Again ‘grounding’ actually should enhance the benefits and prolong the effects.

As always, it’s up to each individual person.
But if it acts like the actual device (it does) then it’s safe to assume one would follow those general guidelines for the field as well.
