I just joined Patrion but I have no idea how to operate it in order to find Sapien Medicine audios. Can someone teach me how to do that?

First, gratz for becoming a Sapien Medicine Patreon member!
Go to this link (it’s the “P” at the top right of every forum page):

There are three monthly patron tiers, $1, $4.50 and $22
At that link you will see this:
Click on the membership tab and it will tell you your tier
Next click on the Home tab and the audios that are available to your tier will be shown.
Right click on the name of the file and “save as”.
Also at the top of the page is the search:
The above is if you are on a pc or laptop. It is different if you are accessing from a phone. Someone else will be better at giving you that instruction.
