Dht is androgenic, but not anabolic, it will help with muscles but if it’s fitness gainz you’re looking for testosterone is king, so it’s a waste to convert a lot of it to dht.
Edit : I also get a bad vibe from binaural nutrition, maybe it’s just me but there’s something telling me to stay away.

You say DHT will help with muscles, but for fitness, you want testosterone? Can you explain more? I thought androgenic (DHT) is mainly for masculine traits, not muscle.
Muscles are masculine traits too bro lol.
But yeah DHT is mainly for the masculine structure and mindset, testosterone is better for anabolic purposes.
It’s why most bodybuilders look very muscular but have baby faces, their testosterone goes to their muscles so less is converted to dht.

So with my stack, I am getting androgenic AND anabolic effects. Extreme muscle growth = anabolic, rest = androgenic
“Fitness” was just a bad use of words.
My goal is to 1. Get stronger and build muscle and 2. Become more masculine
