Which audios should one use for MTF HRT? Are the estrogen and progesterone videos strong enough on their own to block or suppress testoerone?

I would think so, because they come with limits on them. Plus, most of all of Dreamweaver’s audios work strong and quick for most people.
Regulate Hormones (Reduce Testosterone and DHT) might help as well if you wish to block testosterone production.
