Thanks Jen, i now will stop thinking about it in that way.

And probably end up buying all the fields i need, (which is many)

ChatGPT on Hydrogen Therapy: Hydrogen therapy is a relatively new and alternative medical treatment that involves the use of molecular hydrogen (H2) gas for therapeutic purposes. The gas can be administered in various ways, including inhalation, drinking hydrogen-rich water, or applying hydrogen-infused water to the skin. The following are some extensive benefits of hydrogen therapy that have been observed in research studies:

  1. Anti-inflammatory Effects: Hydrogen gas has powerful anti-inflammatory effects, which can help to reduce the symptoms of various inflammatory diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis, Crohn’s disease, and asthma. Studies have shown that hydrogen gas can reduce the levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines in the body, thereby reducing inflammation.
  2. Antioxidant Properties: Hydrogen gas is a potent antioxidant that can help to reduce oxidative stress in the body. Oxidative stress is a process that occurs when there is an imbalance between the production of reactive oxygen species (ROS) and the body’s antioxidant defense system. Hydrogen gas neutralizes ROS, reducing oxidative stress, and preventing cellular damage. This effect has been shown to benefit several chronic diseases, such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and neurodegenerative disorders.

If you want you can tag or message him…

I guess only the audio is different. The field will probably be the same…

Just got this amazing field! It was missing from my brain health stack! Awesome ska style music! I love it!

I have the same impression. Sometimes with some foods I get a tummy ache… i eat the same foods and the tummy ache is gone…

Yes, enjoy the track. Don’t forget to drink water upfront ;) (Dream indicated that up in the thread on this field)

So after two days of listening to this! It is now one of my favorite audios! I love the music! I also notice a big difference in the results of other audios! Even though it is cheaper compared to Manhatten’s brain audios…don’t let the price fool you! It can easily be a $310 audio…it really is that good! I guess you are paying for the time and effort that it takes for Captain. Definitely part of my brain stack now and drinking high quality water that has been treated with a water charger field is ideal:) I love my Ganges and Lourdes for that!

I also have two copper harmonizers that I got from Etsy that is amazing to play audio through and will extend the field by miles. All I do is put my Bluetooth speaker right next to my harmonizer and viola!

Anyone noticed this for stamina or endurance, or do you feel you have more energy throughout the day?

Thought this was interesting
