Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (Increase Oxygen)

When you say, jumping from one field to another, it might actually be a good thing, in the sense that you are still designing your ideal stack. I would say don’t be afraid to experiment. Don’t follow what worked for others word by word, because everyone is unique. You can often play fields and feel if they are suitable for you (at this moment, at this place in time). But always be open for change.

Sometimes we have large stacks while we need small ones.
Sometimes we have small ones while we need large ones.
Sometimes we only need one (in acute cases)

It’s a great field, it’s one of those you can feel straight away.

The All Purpose Anxiety Removal field is excellent. Back when I used to have regular anxiety attacks this was a huge help for me! It’s super effective.

Updated OP Odyssee Link.

And wanted to mention:

In a recent podcast with Bryan Johnson, he said that hyperbaric oxygen therapy he would list in the top 3 of everything he experimented with. Considering he experimented with thousands of longevity things, thats quite a statement.

He did say though, the issue is, he got those results with 60 sessions within 90 days, and each session over an hour, so it isnt overly feasible for the average joe…

…unless you have sapien medicine!

I added it back into my night longevity stack and gonna observe.

Can this help prevent acute mountain sickness? Im going on a 5 day hike on 19th. We will be camping at 12500 feet and summit at 13800 feet. Some people report breathlessnes and other issues there.

The air is significantly thinner there. Plus its a near 80 - 90 degree hike at the last few patches.

Given the recommendation to avoid excessive audio use, how often would be acceptable? Is three times too many?

Three times should not be too many. Check with your body and how it reacts

Even two times should be enough
