I’m trying to put myself and I’m challenging all of you (even those that don’t think they need it) I want you all to try to bring your deepest insecurities, fears, stress, etc. I want you to bring it all to the surface. Write it down even and then I want you to honestly ask yourself why. Why am I scared of this? Why does this person stress me out so much? Why can’t I get along with this person? Etc. Then I want you to think of what you can do to change it. Think of positive things no matter how small it is about these situations and I want you to focus on nothing but these positive things and keep them in the surface. Feel those negative thoughts, fears, etc. feel them go away. Feel yourself floating on a boat all alone and feel the waves wash away all that negativity. I also want you to think of as many things as you can that your grateful for. I want you to hold onto these things and appreciate them, love them. Show them how much you care, show them how much you appreciate and love them. Tell them this. It can be anything. The last thing I want you all to do is everyday you wake up say to yourself “what good can I do today not for myself but for others”. Let me know how this works for you. I love you all.
