I want a better body

Thanks @3Tulsi, much appreciated.

@uial That’s an important point - I was a little confused about whether to count the workout ones as Physical and then decided not to! But you make a good point…

Remember that the automated upper body, legs and the extreme muscle growth compress testosterone and HGH into the muscles, so if you listen a lot, make sure to “restock” on test and HGH using the test boost and HGH audio, otherwise it will cause problems.

Then… Which ones DO count as physical? Grow Taller? What you said applies to what I said about HGH, but it didn’t cross my mind to apply it there.

True… You also shouldn’t listen to Testosterone and HGH too much. Too much Testosterone isn’t good for a lot of reasons, and too much HGH can make certain random parts of your body grow weird, like your face structure.

I’m not sure exactly which fields are counted as permanent physical changes. It’s a bit unclear to me too. I think it may apply to fields like Grow Taller, Facial Symmetry, White Skin Genetic Change, Diabetes Treatment, Endocrine Rejuvenation and Anti Aging.

It seems hormone audios aren’t what @SammyG means based upon his earlier post. It may be something they intend to clarify further in the FAQ.

I have heard of a couple people that when they listened to HGH too much, their face grew in oddly.

It’s 5 total of fields that cause physical changes, but there’s a bit of a debate as to which ones cause physical changes. I think it’s fine to listen to all those if you want lol

I will
But I think these are to many fields but at the same time I think it’s good and then I think Bc it’s like Training I should “train“ everyday a other body part
Here’s my playlist : https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLSy5So-K7laf6am1O12CvsbmFWms_ATaf

It’s up to you what too many fields are. Personally, I’d start with a small amount and build up to more fields. You could also consider doing 2 of each video instead of 3 if it feels like too ouch.

If you want to simplify the amount of workout fields, refer to my post in the other thread. It only contains 4 workout fields.

And you won’t need to workout a separate body part each day. The key to building muscle is to stimulate, and then rest. Without resting your body you will not build more muscle.

Maybe you leveled-out the HGH with something else?

That looks good!! Don’t forget to add the post-workout field

I do yours but do I should at the muscle recovery field?
Bc i listen them every day
And I would listen them 3/4 times in a row
Would the core strengthening give me a six pack or would be the stomach shrinking and toning better?
Thx for your help

What is the Post workout field?

Lol @TheElixir and I are talking about the same field

This already in my playlist
Bc if I would use it my body would be probably overwhelmed
