Is this too much? Is this a good playlist? Is any of this redundant? Iām just concerned about the 4 fields at a time. I want to lose weight, but Iām also concerned about my hair. I also feel like you have to have a strong core to have good posture and that if you have good posture youāre quicker to lose weight. I feel like I canāt leave one out. What do youāll suggest?

The 4 fields apply to fields that make permanent physical changes, and I donāt see where you would hit the recommended limit of 4. But, if you want, you can also add Pranayama and Jing Restoration so you can listen to more fields.
Oh I didnāt know that helps with longer listening time. I love the music in that whole alchemy series. Thanks!
