@MilesParker So far, what has been your experience listening to the stacks?

Is this too much? Is this a good playlist? Is any of this redundant? Iā€™m just concerned about the 4 fields at a time. I want to lose weight, but Iā€™m also concerned about my hair. I also feel like you have to have a strong core to have good posture and that if you have good posture youā€™re quicker to lose weight. I feel like I canā€™t leave one out. What do youā€™ll suggest?

Extreme Fat Burn
Core strengthening
Atlas adjustment
Double chin removal
Hair growth

The 4 fields apply to fields that make permanent physical changes, and I donā€™t see where you would hit the recommended limit of 4. But, if you want, you can also add Pranayama and Jing Restoration so you can listen to more fields.
