In a really dark place, need your help

Hey there guys, I am a 25 year old guy and I really tired of my self, I am always thinking about sex, however, I don’t masturbate regularly or watch porn but I am always thinking about it, I am a virgin and haven’t been in a relationship or anything, I want to be a better person and I wish to improve myself, can you please suggest what audios shall I listen to ? Because of this habit of mine, I am also suffering from premature ejaculation! :confounded:

Improve in term of what? Getting chance of getting laid? Well if that’s what you want

Charisma and glamour.
Subconscious limit removal
Boost confidence.
Attract love. And add self love audio.

I would suggest to listen all of these audios once a day. Looping won’t make it more faster.

I don’t wanna get laid, that’s the last thing on my mind right now, I just wanna stop thinking about all this and live a better life, I wanna become a better human being a good person, that’s all.

I would start with the divine love audio and see how the lustful thinking goes in the day. I would also experiment a little bit to try to have lustful thoughts while listening to see if it’s working.

If that doesn’t work I would continue with Uncoditional you audio.Then the love graviton then attract love.The jing-chi-shen-microcosmic orbit also is good. Microcosmic first to see if it will leave if it leaves then I would play the whole album to decide myself what’s best.

But what I would really do myself I would experiment with hormones to see if the thing gets worse or better. Like testosterone boost, does it get worse? if so then I try to do more workouts etc etc.

It’s good to keep you in the right direction. May help to flourish your being as well. But the subconscious limit removal is very important.

Listen to radical emotional change, remove unconscious clutter and radical positive change. And meditate aswell.

I’m curious. Because this is such a constant and troubling problem for you, what would happen if you were to use these fields more often for you?

If the body says eat, then go eat something. If it says sleep, then go to sleep. If it says it’s too cold, then go find somewhere/make yourself warm (vice-versa). If it says water, then go drink. If it says stress, then go unwind/relax somewhere. If it says pain then don’t ignore it, go get medical attention. If it says fuck, well then go fuck…

The answer is; do what the body says because at the end of the day, the body is always right.

I am making sure that I am using them everyday atleast once, today it came to a point of frustration that I had to just share it somewhere or vent somewhere or someone.
