anyone got a list of exercises one can do to improve upon the Tag and audio?
The field is an old field from an old site called Dreammagick. So the field has grown over time Iāve had it for a while but stopped using a while back. I bought the IPF Dog tag too and have been trying that recently. So it will be interesting to revisit the field after a while.
I donāt know where the heck i was when this was released lol. Anyhoot Iām only 5 min into the first loop. This field is hecka strong man . Amazing work as always Thanks a lot
