What tier on Patreon can one use it?

I listened to “Supreme Grounding” before “Inner Bliss Illuminator” and it has been a different experience. No more headache. Thank you @Fender_Cad for the tip.

I always listen to Supreme Grounding after several stacks for this very reason, but grounding also speeds up results.

How many times maximum can we listen to this? I feel really warm energy from it, like being wrapped up in a cozy blanket 
I doubt there is a maximum. Play until your system tells you to stop.

Got this and ponr through patreon today, i had no idea these were still avaliable.
Inner bliss caused me to release my forehead and stomach tension. I hold much forehead tension, maybe cuz ive been dealing with fear based thinking and overthinking in survival mode. It also anchored me into the present to the point that i am not thinking of the past or the future. I just am. Noticing things around me at the very moment. I dont feel like watching or doing anything. By habit, i picked up my phone, and i just felt so disinterested that i immediately closed it. Have been talking very less. Only when someone approaches.
I just want to sit and just be, right here, right now. Zero.
