So it’s been a tough 2 weeks where I barely sleep and it’s messing with me. Deep Sleep and vagus nerve help as a last resort but I’m trying to be asleep at 10 not 4AM
Any suggestions are welcome, especially from those who’ve been there.

Try drink lemon balm and/or chamomile before bed and avoid any stimulants at least a couple of hours before sleep. Avoid looking at phone/monitor prior to sleep as this interferes with your circadian rhythm, meaning that you are essentially tricking your brain into thinking it’s earlier than it really is, thus you will feel more awake. I like to do pranayama before bed sometimes and that helps to get me relaxed. Certain fields can really help to fall asleep, when I put on soul/core restoration I sleep like a baby.
Forgot to mention, this may be difficult at first but when you have a set sleeping time your body over time will naturally become accustomed to it and you will become tired at the same time each day. This will allow you to fall asleep fast.
Another point I want to make is about supplements that may help, I used to use magnesium (preferably in the form of lysinate glycinate due to its high absorbability which is up to 6x better than other forms) and I could feel my muscles being relaxed, also dreams may become surreal and vivid.
Hey hey!
I take magnesium glycinate too. I drink the lemon balm before bed and i meditate but i use guided meditations on my phone so the blue light is there.
As soon as i fall asleep my body jolts me back awake. 2 weeks ago i had a stressful day but turns out i’m physically healthy but i stressed so much,my body keeps score. I think i have adrenal fatigue and chronic stress. Not getting good night sleep is really just making it all worse
I am in bed by 9:30-10 pm and still awake tossing and turning for hours. My body needs soothing
I know how much of an impact lack of sleep can have on a person, that is why it is so important to get those 8 hours of sleep.
Try Pranayama before your meditation and perhaps try adding this field to your daily stack:
Thank you…I already play it twice in my room before bed. The vagus nerve is the only one that i can feel mu body unclenches to…literally.
Try :
Blue vervain is often used as a natural remedy for insomnia. Its calming and mild sedative properties can help promote relaxation and improve sleep quality. Here’s how blue vervain may help with insomnia:
Sedative Effects: Blue vervain contains compounds that have mild sedative properties, which can help calm the nervous system and prepare the body for sleep.
Stress and Anxiety Reduction: Since stress and anxiety are common causes of insomnia, the herb’s ability to reduce these conditions can indirectly improve sleep.
Muscle Relaxation: Its antispasmodic properties may help relax muscles and relieve tension, making it easier to fall asleep and stay asleep.
Oh wow how did I miss that! What album is it? Is it on patreon?
Wasn’t vervain something used against vampires? Lol
Pair this with a simple breathing exercise in a 90/90 split against the wall. Focus on your breathing and just relax. 10-20 mins before going to sleep or throughput your day should assist you. Be consistent with this for a week and see how it affects you.
orgone accumulator has helped me with that in the past.
The torsion field + plasma beach is also another alternative before going to sleep, although not everyone may be affected in the same way. Use it if you are one of those people who are not overstimulated by plasma.
Thank you but those energize me
What’s a 90/90 split? And thank you
Sometimes you can have insomnia due to having very little energy or being very tired (burnout), although people do not usually recognize it but you need energy to sleep, your body carries out many processes while you sleep and if you are low on energy it may be why You cannot sleep deeply or your sleep is interrupted.
Its just a possibility, You need to find out what the root cause of your problem would be.
Thats a very interesting point. Adrenal fatigue will do that…
UPDATE I slept 9 hours interrupted by my cat half way in.
I played deep sleep 4x and it worked as opposed to the other days.
I also took a Claritin before bed to help with my congestion and that worked too.
I feel rested but groggy, just as if I’d taken melatonin. Any ideas on how to light up my brain?
Try to find your root cause what causing anxiety/sleep disturbance like any stimulant, tension, any withdrawal symptoms, may be you require grounding like anything.or any psychtrist complication?btw melatonin is sleep regulator not sleep inducer.and please stay away from z compounds like zolpidem they are worst and fuck off your sleep system too soon.their therapeutic index is low.
I don’t take any medicine usually.
My root cause is definitely stress and anxiety and I’m in therapy to figure out the root cause of that…
Thank u
I was totally in your case
Anxiety, insomnia, soft depression.
Two fields i run every evening are Plasma Brain of Youth and Grounding. I loop them almost 1h each and i feel really better and ready to sleep.
But i feel the best is to actively doing energy practices, grounding yourself.
Feel like energy comes from outside to the top of your head and is pushing inside your body, reaching the top of your feets and finally getting in the earth, all of that when you’re exhalating.
Then you inhale the energy coming from your feets by focusing on a point in your hips, reaching not exactly the same way but same direction and finally outside of your skull.
By focusing i mean you needs to feel a soft pressure like if you intend to move but no.
Honestly, it totally works for me, now i feel much better. Sometimes even doing this doesnt work but i feel ok.
So grounding in nature? I always imagine gold branches coming out of my feet…
