That is an important stage, but, eventually, after enough introspection, you will begin to admit that the two are inseparable … the difference is, it’s the opposite of the beginning… it goes from internalisation of nodedness into self-compression and fear, to an understanding of the true nature of yourself and others.
They are, in a way. But still, the first is more important, and is likely to remain so.
We all discover that truth is relative, in due course. So I’ll agree looking at the issue from your perspective.
