Insulin resistance reversal

Hello dear ones,

I’m speaking strictly to the people who have reversed insulin resistance. Per my blood tests, I don’t have diabetes but my HOMA index is at 3 and it should be at 2 or under. It explains my visceral fat. Any tips and what was the field that worked for you? I don’t want to use all the ones that deal with insulin. Just one, the best one.

Thank you🩵🫶🏼

Insuline resistance is as far as i know diabetes type 2.

Edit: insuline resistance is not the same as type 2, but i think the field below still helps.

There is this field “ Diabetes type 1 en 2 reversal”. It was a patreon release. I think it is not available anymore on youtube and not sure if it is available on Odysee, you can check that.

I have reversed insulin resistance for the most part. Not only that I have regenerated a lot for my beta cells as well. The latest diabetes reversal field isn’t available for now I think. But here’s a stack I used -

OG diabetes field
Pancreas reloaded
Ampk
Mots c
Insulin sensitivity (binaural nutrition)
Heal diabetes subliminal (hypno daddy)

The subliminal mostly contains emotional affirmations designed to cure diabetes.

Hi and thank you! What does “for the most part” means? Did you get tested? What changes have you noticed?

I have the latest Diabetes reversal.
Which one out of all those would u say worked best?

I have diabetes in my family. Had a pretty bad lifestyle in college. My hba1c was 5.7 when I came back from college. Which is just the start of pre-diabetes. I used the above stack for 3 months then it lowered to 5.5. Now I just use it as maintenance.

By most part I mean. If i were to abuse my body like I did in college the insulin resistance could come back. But the difference in my health and energy levels from that 0.2 difference is huge.

My hba1c is 5.45. I feel like thats kind of on the edge though. Did you have visceral fat and did it go away?

No, you’re normal actually. Till 5.6 it’s normal. After that prediabetes starts. No I don’t have visceral fat. I’m actually quite a skinny guy last time I checked my body fat was 8%

Omg you’re goals! I’m female and I had 15% body fat 3 yrs ago but dealing with long covid and chronic fatigue has been so hard, I barely moved. I’m now almost back to normal but still cant yet exercise like I used to and I have maybe 35% body fat :( I’m eating very clean, I dont know what else to do except keep the faith

P.S although every blood test comes back normal, I feel like something went haywire somewhere

Haha! Thanks! You could add the enhanced fat metabolism field as well as some automated workout fields as well to cut fat. The workout fields would improve insulin sensitivity as well.

I remember from a health video on youtube that even people without chronic issues regarding diabetes/insuline from time to time can experience insuline insensitivity. This happens during or right after a period of high sugar consumption. Because of the sugar intake the body gets during some period lazy and inefficient and gets used to rely on sugar intake for energy instead of healthy metabolism.

So in addition to what is recommended above, you might consider reducing or cutting off sugar intake for a while and keep moving your body.

Thank you for sharing that. No processed sugar on my plate🫶🏼

That is excellent and very disciplined. A very good thing you can do, Bravo

Stick to the above if you didn’t give it a shot previously and evaluate after three months.

As you have noticed, these things are complex to solve, and maybe a single audio is not enough. Anyway the now available diabetes type 1 & 2 and the above mentioned fields are a good start. Add also fields that push nutrition to bodyparts, like to muscles. Use also fields like Enhanced nutrition absorption and as mentioned above, workout and cardio fields.

If you have the Mitochondria Protector Blend, this is good for targeting insuline insensitivity. If you don’t have it i recommend buying it the next sale that hopefully will take place end this year.

Good luck.

I have the mitochondria protector blend! Why is it good in this case?

I have never used any workout field because I used to work out regularly until I…couldn’t. I’m curious to see what happens.

Thank you both for your great suggestions🫶🏼

Has anyone tried Berberine or cinnamon bark for insulin successfully?

The thread of the field is good, check it out:

Also check your vitamin D and iron levels. Really important for insulin production and sensitivity in the body. When my hba1c was 5.7 my vitamin D was severely low at around 8

My vit D is at 30 which is low too. It should be at 60-70

I second what @tagler2 said about the Vitamin D. Get a supplement that has Vitamin D and K2 together and take it with magnesium, as they are absorbed better together. Take with a meal that contains fat. It does wonders especially for women and people in places with low sunlight.

Vitamin C also helps (the field or actual supplement) because it can reduce cortisol which I have learned will contribute to low insulin production and high blood sugar.

Eating more protein helped me a lot and I add cinnamon to my protein smoothie every day. Berberine never seemed to have any noticeable effects on me, but everyone is different.

Yeah for sure. I believe that diabetes is more of an emotional disease rather than a genetic disease. However, genetics do play a role. So check out that subliminal from hypnodaddy as well. It would really hit the deep emotional causes of it. When I listened to it for the first time a ton of beta cells instantly came back to life in my pancreas. Combined with captain’s fields it was just deep crazy level of healing that I experienced. Just praying to the lord for that new diabetes reversal field to be active again.
