This session explores how biomimicry can inform the formation and workings of large human communities.
How will Nature and Biomimicry guide us into merging and converging the “organs” of humanity, commonly referred to as organizations. How does each “individual” nourish and stimulate other systems? How can we extend a perpetual invitation through the way we presence, interact, and develop? How do we create cohesive environments?
We’ll demonstrate weaving together individual cells in order to thrive as a collective expression, thus advancing the focus while expanding the view. This opportunity examines moving into greater continuity and congruency, collaboration and cooperation. The process releases restrictions leading to natural flow, interactive engagement, and natural development.
Innovation stems from building networks innately designed to regenerate each idea, system, project, business, and organization as a collective. The concept is bringing the seemingly separate pieces together, thus nourishing the evolution of networks merging with other networks.
