Has anyone " healed " himself/herself from intrusive thoughts?
With me they started during some heavy time in my life where I had to defend myself inside my head só it became pretty aggressive. And now if I feel a slight discomfort I get them. Vlnt and sxl
Has anyone been able to heal this?

At the same time, whenever an intrusive thought comes, know that it is a remnant of your past. What you have to do is accept that fact that it is from the past, and you may now choose sth new. When the thought arises, accept it, don’t fight it. You can ideally use the Emotional Release field.
