Is 7 fields too much?

I wanted to know you guys opinion on this. Is 7 fields too much for one person or is it fine? I have not been getting results so I drastically cut down the number to 7.

I know everyone is different when it comes to how many fields they can handle, but this is in general for the majority for most people.

I think it’s difficult to generalize.

The recommended amount used to be something like 4 fields per day to 100% ensure results.

But I think most people can use much more than that. I use probably 20 fields per day, and get results!

If you become more energy sensitive through the course, you should be able to not only better determine your own limit but also expand it.

On top of that, I am young as well. This means that my energy system is not capable of handling many audios.

In my opinion because I had that problem from the start and for two months after I started

I was energy sensitive anyways but I didn’t know I was, the fields works for everyone over time but making it 4 is a lot easier (a lot a lot easier) to handle even if you are not sensitive, it’s like taking vitamins even if you take a lot of vitamins your system will use propably only 10-20% of them and the others will go down the drain so if you choose wisely 4 and keep them for 6 months(something I have NOT done already but I’m sure will happen) the fields will become semi-permament and you will only have to maintain them till they become permament in your daily life

for example if you listen to luck field for 6 months the things that you got from getting lucky will be up to you to maintain and that goes for physical changes too lets say the symmetrical face or joint regeneration.

also I started listening less and less fields over time and now I only got two which that makes me more free time to actually use the effects on real life and that’s the actual purpose

To finish my point even If we tell you to listen to one audio even if we tell you to listen to 20 or 80 or all together (this would be funny for someone to try) you will still listen to the fields you want and that’s coming from my experience

There are so many factors in play here that’s it’s nearly impossible to give general advice. So, to keep things safe, what we end up with is “one-size-fits-all” advice fit for the lowest common denominator.

Every person has a different capacity to integrate energies into their systems, and that capacity can grow over time, and it definitely does if you work on it (just like muscle strength & physical exercise).

Well, yes and no. You may have lower capacity, but you also don’t have decades of emotional trauma from poor relationships to fight through. Low resistance is valuable.

The best advice is to seek guidance from your Higher Self & your Spirit Family/Guides for which fields would be best for you to work with, and how often you should work with them.

When I did this, the answer I got surprised me, kinda shocked me actually, as it was VERY different than the “recommended safe” guidelines/suggestions.

So use higher self connection audio?

Honestly the lower the number of fields you use the quicker the results will be, stick with one or two for a good month or less and see how it differs from your previous enormous stack :joy:

Edit: By the way, I’m well aware that this comes to be impossible for the obvious reasons of choices we have with these fields but concentrating one problem at a time might not be such a bad idea.

How about the timing of your listening?
How many fields do you use in the morning, afternoon, evening and in your sleep (loop)?

listen to most 2-4 times.

Here was my old stack:
Ego diss 3x
Brain enhancement 3x
speed up time 2x
HGH 3x
Sub limits removal 4x
height growth 4x
Eye regen 4x
Hyper state sleep 3x

Here is my new one:

ego diss 2x
sub limits removal 2-4x
Eye regen 3x
Height growth 2-4x
hyper state sleep 3x

I also listen to aura clearing once every week. I do not loop audios. I listen to them whenever I have time and I also take a 20-30 min break between each audio

I occasionally meditate with the audios.

Honestly, my two cents, if you are seeking results, also sneaking in the Amygdala Healing audio would probably work in your favor…

I usually have alot of listening in evening before I sleep.
Mostly Brain Fields.
Sometimes I will wake up feeling tired and headaches :rofl: :rofl: :rofl:
But sometimes I wake up feeling clear and refresh.
Still checking and experimenting with my body’s responds to the fields.

Where did you hear that from?

In the FAQ page, it is stated that less audios mean quicker results.

For 100% effectiveness, you should listen to 4 or 5 at most.

It didn’t necessarily say that. From what I read it was to prevent being overwhelmed. My results are as quick with 7 or 8 fields as they are with 1-4 fields

It is different for everybody.

It is all personal. Some like you may handle 8 while others can only handle 4.

This is general advice though

It’s probably like exercise.What wiped us out that first day in the gym is’nt even a warm up six months later.

I think there’s a lot physical changing fields so that might be reason why it’s all slowed, like Brain enhancement, height growth, Eye regen, and in some hand even HGH.
When they say 4 physical fields at most, he think on these fields which can cause permanent changings on your body, these are most slowest I think. But again I might be wrong, not really sure.

also what I noticed with the subconsious limits and ego desolution is that the fields are getting stronger so If you have done well with those fields you must use the physical change audios less than you used to
