Is it necessary to add autism field after a brain stack

I plan on listening to permanent brain enhancement and enhanced visual procesing daily for 2-3 times . I have heard here that use of brain fields can cause autism .

  1. So should i listen to it daily after brain fields for once ?

  2. Is it completely ok to listen to autism field daily even if i dont suffer from it

Yes,best to put it in if you experience overload/headache/brain fog, though spamming Brain Fields causes overgrowth hence Using the Autism field helps with Axon Overgrowth/Pruning.
