Everyone moves through multiple timelines or universes all the time. But our minds unless notice some big change assume and make us believe it is the same world, same reality etc. Also too many big changes too frequently would cause psychosis and not good for our survival.

Look up glitches in the matrix videos on YT, you will get the proof.

Then you will have to wait for your own experience. Don’t know such testimonials. I have had experiences from young age and some in the recent years so strong that even if science proves that multiple universes do not exist, I can happily refute that lol.
