after experiencing with some audios a few weeks, I want to be more consistent with my daily stack.
What I want to achieve:
- reduce my obsessive compulsive thoughts
- reduce anxiety and fear
- increase brain power
- be more muscular
My daily stack would look like this:
In the morning:
- Ego Dissolution 1x
- Subconscious Limits Removal 1x
Before midday while studying:
- Brain Regeneration 1x
- Superhuman Genius 1x
- Permanent Brain Enhancement 2x
Afternoon:
- Amygdala Healing 2x
- Obsessive Compulsive Disorder Help 2x
- Emotional Release 2x
After workout (every other day):
- Extreme Muscle Growth Stimulation 1-2x
Rest Day (every other day):
- Stomach Shrinking and Toning 1-2x
