Is my stack okay?

Hi,

after experiencing with some audios a few weeks, I want to be more consistent with my daily stack.

What I want to achieve:

  • reduce my obsessive compulsive thoughts
  • reduce anxiety and fear
  • increase brain power
  • be more muscular

My daily stack would look like this:

In the morning:

  • Ego Dissolution 1x
  • Subconscious Limits Removal 1x

Before midday while studying:

  • Brain Regeneration 1x
  • Superhuman Genius 1x
  • Permanent Brain Enhancement 2x

Afternoon:

  • Amygdala Healing 2x
  • Obsessive Compulsive Disorder Help 2x
  • Emotional Release 2x

After workout (every other day):

  • Extreme Muscle Growth Stimulation 1-2x

Rest Day (every other day):

  • Stomach Shrinking and Toning 1-2x

Do you think that this stack is okay and not too much?

Have you considered adding Energy Blockage Removal to the end of your morning stack?

I haven’t considered it yet, but I think I will give it a try and add it to my morning stack after I have read some information about it.
